And then when I wrote them to thank them for getting it to me so quickly and said I loved the bag but wasn't 100% sure re the color, their response demonstrated outstanding customer service. The bag is definitely leather, very very soft and smushy, lightweight and the pockets are unbelievable. It feels like great quality. If you\u2019re in the fence, don\u2019t be. I am an admitted bag snob, and this is a fabulous bag. There is so much room in it. In fact, I think they could even make it just slightly smaller, and if still would have a place for everything. I ordered this purse in red. It came packaged very well, inside a cloth bag tucked into a box. The smell of leather greeted me as I opened it and I am enjoying finding all the nooks and crannies for putting things in it, yet finding them quickly. Great purse.
